Percy Harvin comes out of retirement, signs with Bills
The Buffalo Bills signed wide receiver Percy Harvin.
Harvin ended last season on the Bills' injured reserve and then retired this past April. His career had been derailed by injuries that prevented him from having any fantasy relevance since the start of Obama's second term, but he remains an immense talent in the league.
Among the 32 quarterbacks with at least 100 dropbacks this season, Tyrod Taylor ranks 20th in Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play. As a team, the Bills rank 17th in Adjusted Passing NEP per play.
