San Diego Chargers wide receiver Travis Benjamin is going for a second opinion on the knee injury that has limited his practice time the past several weeks.
It's a PCL injury, which can be tricky. Benjamin's knee doesn't seem to be in nearly as bad of shape, but this is certainly a concern and Benjamin's need for a second opinion suggests surgery may be in play. The Chargers signed Jeremy Butler Monday afternoon, likely as insurance.
Benjamin earned 6.96 Net Expected Points on his 9 targets in Week 8, per numberFire Live.
