Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson said the team is not planning on trading for a receiver ahead of Tuesday's deadline.
Torrey Smith was reportedly the subject of trade talks between the Eagles and San Francisco 49ers last week, but there doesn't appear to be any traction on that move. Smith will likely stay put in San Francisco and the Eagles appear to be content with their existing group of pass-catchers.
Smith's 0.42 Reception Net Expected Points per target are the lowest among the four 49ers wideouts with at least five targets this season.
