Ty Montgomery (illness) to sit for Packers in Week 8
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Ty Montgomery (illness) is out for Week 8 at Atlanta Falcons, FOX Sports' Jay Glazer reports.
What It Means:
Inactives will be up an hour and a half before game time, but Glazer doesn't ordinarily miss. He also confirms wide receiver Randall Cobb (hamstring) will not play against the Falcons. Adjust fantasy lineups accordingly. Running backs Knile Davis and Don Jackson look likely to handle backfield duties if Montgomery sits.
If Montgomery is out, that means a ton of receptions will go Davante Adams' way; he's our 16th-best receiver for fantasy this week now, with a projection of 5 receptions for 74 yards and 0.38 touchdowns.
