Donte Moncrief (shoulder) expected to return to Colts for Week 8
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Donte Moncrief (shoulder) is expected to return for Week 8 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Moncrief was able to practice enough to get clearance for his return from a Week 2 shoulder blade fracture. Although it is good process to be skeptical of players coming off multi-week injuries, Moncrief should be a near-full-time player in a potentially high-scoring game.
Our models don't currently account for Moncrief playing, but he has a tough matchup this week against a Chiefs defense that ranks sixth in Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points per play.
