Cleveland Browns quarterback Josh McCown (shoulder) will likely start Sunday's game against the New York Jets, per Scott Petrack of the Chronicle-Telegram.
Cody Kessler (concussion) did not practice on Thursday, and McCown has been practicing fully this week, making it look like he is ready to return from the shoulder injury that has sidelined him since Week 2.
McCown will return to a good matchup, taking on a New York Jets defense that ranks 27th in Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points per play.
