Bengals will expand Tyler Eifert's role (ankle)
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert's (ankle) role will expand for Week 8, said head coach Marvin Lewis.
Eifert logged just 15 snaps in his 2016 debut, but suffered no setbacks and will be ready to return to TE1 territory in Week 8 against the Washington Redskins.
Eifert saw two targets in his first game of the season, finishing with 0.85 Reception Net Expected Points on one catch for nine yards, per numberFire Live. Our models project him to record 38 catches for 415 yards and 3.04 touchdowns from this point forward.
