Green Bay Packers cornerback Damarious Randall (groin) underwent surgery over the weekend, ESPN reporter Rob Demovsky reports.
The operation is not season ending, but Demovsky reports "he will miss a few more games." Randall was not able to play Thursday night because of the injury. With cornerbacks Sam Shields (concussion) on injured reserve and Quinten Rollins (groin) also banged up, the Packers remain extremely thin in the secondary.
Entering Week 7, the Packers ranked 20th in schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points per play.
