Tyler Eifert (back) is active for Bengals Sunday
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert (back) is active for Week 7 against the Cleveland Browns.
Beat writers expect Eifert to be seriously limited in his season debut. He's probably only going to make the nominal start and then play around 15-20 snaps in red-zone and third-down packages. Eifert could always find the end zone, but he probably isn't worth fantasy starting consideration until next week.
Our models project a split between Eifert and C.J. Uzomah, who should be on the field for more work than Eifert. We project Uzomah for 25 receiving yards and 0.25 touchdowns on 2 receptions.
