Jay Ajayi will continue as Dolphins' number one running back
Miami Dolphins running back Jay Ajayi is the "unquestioned No. 1 option" in the backfield, according to ESPN Dolphins reporter James Walker
Ajayi ripped off 204 rushing yards and two touchdowns against the Steelers in Week 6 and even though Arian Foster has practiced in full over the last two days, Ajayi's Week 6 performance has earned him the starting role again this week. Foster should still have a role on Sunday.
Right now our models still project Foster to out touch Ajayi this week with nine carries for 29 yards, three receptions for 25 yards and 0.14 touchdowns. Our models have Ajayi projected for seven carries to 32 yards, two catches for 15 yards and 0.32 touchdowns.
