Raiders hope Latavius Murray (toe) can return for Week 6
The Oakland Raiders "hope" running back Latavius Murray (toe) will return to the lineup Week 6 against the Kansas City Chiefs, head coach Jack Del Rio said.
Murray is reportedly battling a case of turf toe, which can sometimes be a lengthy injury. Considering Murray didn't practice at all last week, we'd guess he's 50-50 at best to play Sunday. In his absence, DeAndre Washington and Jalen Richard split touches right down the middle with 14 each. Fullback Jamize Olawale saw seven touches and the lone goal-line carry, converting it for a one-yard touchdown.
Olawale led the Raiders backfield in Week 5 in Net Expected Points from rushing, with 0.12 on his six carries, per numberFire Live.
