Ryan Tannehill will be Dolphins' starter 'rest of this season'
Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill will be the starter "the rest of this season," stated head coach Adam Gase.
"He’s not coming out," Gase said. "You can ask me 100 times. He’s going to be in there the rest of this season." Confidence is cool and all, but at some point, change will become inevitable if the offense continues to struggle to the extent it has. Miami's offensive line and playmakers aren't helping matters, but Tannehill continues to fall well short of expectations in his fifth NFL season. Matt Moore is currently QB2 on the Dolphins roster.
Tannehill completed 12-of-18 passes for 191 yards with two interceptions and no touchdowns in a Week 6 home loss to the Tennessee Titans. He accumulated -7.55 Net Expected Points, per numberFire Live.
