Rashad Jennings out, Orleans Darkwa starting for Giants
New York Giants running back Rashad Jennings (thumb) is inactive for Monday night's Week 4 game against the Minnesota Vikings.
This has been the expectation all along and Orleans Darkwa will replace him as the Giants' starter, while Bobby Rainey handles the passing-down work in lieu of Shane Vereen (triceps). Rookie Paul Perkins could see a little action as well. Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (groin) is active.
Our models project Darkwa to record 51 rushing yards and 0.15 touchdowns on 10 carries, plus 3 receptions for 26 yards and 0.10 touchdowns in Week 4.
