Baltimore Ravens running back Justin Forsett is a healthy scratch for Week 4 against the Oakland Raiders.
Forsett was completely ineffective in the first three games and has been benched. The Ravens will start Terrance West with Javorius Allen subbing in on passing situations. Kenneth Dixon (knee) is due back for Week 5.
Our models project West for 14 carries for 54 yards and 0.30 touchdowns, as well as 3 receptions for 18 yards in Week 4.
