Jaguars commit to 'get this run game fixed'

Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator Greg Olson vowed to "get this run game fixed."

What It Means:

The running game in Jacksonville is averaging a deplorable 2.24 yards per carry this season, and the return of Chris Ivory didn't help the cause last week. Believers are inclined to point to a Week 4 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts as a good spot to get the ground game going, but the Colts were stout against the run last week and are beginning to get healthy. There isn't much light at the end of the tunnel for this struggling Jaguars' rushing "attack."

Among the 31 backs to rush the ball at least 30 times this season, Yeldon ranks 29th in Rushing Net Expected Points per play.
