Washington not expected to shadow Cowboys' Dez Bryant with Josh Norman
Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman won't shadow Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant in Week 2, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Bashaud Breeland, who was torched by Antonio Brown in Monday night's opener, will be responsible for Bryant instead. Despite paying him so many dollars this offseason, Washington seems content leaving Norman on one side of the field. Bryant was limited to one catch in Week 1, but will enter this contest on the WR2 radar.
numberFire's projections expect Bryant to catch 5-of-9 passes Sunday for 64 receiving yards and 0.57 touchdowns. He finished 98th in Reception Net Expected Points per target after Week 1.
