Aaron Donald not expected to be suspended for contact with official in Rams' loss
Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald is not expected to be suspended for making contact with an official in Monday's blowout loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Donald was ejected from the game in the fourth quarter on Monday, but the contact with the official wasn't particularly forceful or egregious, and he has already apologized for the incident.
Donald amassed 20 sacks through his first two seasons with the Rams, and while he didn't have a big start to 2016, he has been an integral part of a unit that has finished top-10 in Defensive Net Expected Points both of the years he has been in the NFL.
