Jeremy Kerley leads San Francisco in targets in Week 1 victory
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jeremy Kerley had 7 receptions for 61 yards on a team-high 11 targets in Monday night's 28-0 win over the Los Angeles Rams.
Quinton Patton lead the 49ers' receivers with 84 snaps while Torrey Smith also out-snapped Kerley, playing 78 to Kerley's 65, but Kerley's 11 targets were as many as Smith (6) and Patton (5) had combined.
Kerley also led San Francisco receivers with 5.19 Reception Net Expected Points. Despite the way Week 1 played out, our models still project Torrey Smith to lead the team in receptions in Week 2.
