Tennessee Titans running back DeMarco Murray rushed 13 times for 42 yards and caught 5-of-7 targets for 35 yards and two touchdowns Week 1 against the Minnesota Vikings.
The first score was off a play-action dump off where Murray dove over a defender into the end zone and the second was a garbage time special. While the fantasy results look good, Murray did not. However, rookie Derrick Henry also failed to do anything on the ground, so Murray's starting role is safe heading into Week 2. With the misleading total, he's a prime sell-high candidate after the season opener.
Per numberFire Live, Murray accumulated -4.76 Rushing Net Expected Points (NEP) while Henry recorded -4.16 Rushing NEP.
