DeVante Parker (hamstring, questionable) is expected to be out for Dolphins
Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker (hamstring, questionable) is expected to be out for Week 1 against the Seattle Seahawks, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
Parker returned to practice on Friday but obviously the coaching staff didn't see enough to give him the green light. Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald reported Saturday that Parker is still "a ways off from being game-ready," which suggests his status for Week 2 is also in question. Running back Arian Foster could see a bigger role in the passing game, as should wide receiver Kenny Stills.
We currently project Stills for 26 yards receiving and 0.11 touchdowns on two catches. That will likely change upward.
