James Harrison, Julius Peppers and Clay Matthews cleared from Al Jazeera accusations
Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison and Green Bay Packers linebackers Julius Peppers and Clay Matthews have been cleared by the NFL of any wrongdoing stemming from the Al Jazeera report.
The three were linked to PEDs after Al Jazeera released a report that included free agent Mike Neal as well as a handful of MLB players. The NFL threatened players with suspensions if they didn't cooperate with an interview process, and after those interviews the league, unsurprisingly, found no reason to hand down punishments.
Our models expect Matthews to be the most productive of the trio this season, projecting him for 74.29 tackles and 9.97 sacks on the year.
