Cowboys' Sean Lee (knee) should be ready for Week 1
Dallas Cowboys weak-side linebacker Sean Lee (knee) will be ready for Week 1 against the New York Giants, Bryan Broaddus of the official team website believes.
Lee required an MRI on Monday, but tests came back negative. He's probably more day to day, but any injury for Lee is worth noting since he's missed so much time with ailments over the years. The 30-year-old outside linebacker is the key cog in Dallas' defense.
Dallas ranked 20th in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play in 2015. Our algorithms project Lee for 121.68 tackles, 2.05 sacks and 3.98 passes defended in 2016.
