Dallas Cowboys suspended defensive end Randy Gregory will not play in 2016, ESPN reporter Todd Archer said.
Originally suspended four games for violating the substance-abuse policy, Gregory was hit with "at least" a 10-game ban in July for another infraction. He entered rehab and was placed on the reserve/did not report list to start camp. Things have gone from bad to worse for Gregory since he entered the NFL, and the Cowboys' defensive line is also a mess for it.
The Cowboys ranked 19th in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points (NEP) per play last season.
