Giants' Leon Hall takes some snaps at safety
New York Giants cornerback Leon Hall has taken "some" snaps at safety since signing earlier this month.
The longtime veteran has never played safety, but the Giants are scrambling for depth in their thin defensive back group everywhere. Having Hall play the occasional snap at the back could also create more of a path to playing time for rookie cornerback Eli Apple.
Hall played 689 snaps in the slot for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2015. We project him for 66.44 tackles, 7.24 passes defended and 2.28 interceptions this year.
