Broncos will not owe Eagles a draft pick if Mark Sanchez is cut
Denver Broncos quarterback Mark Sanchez was acquired from the Philadelphia Eagles for a conditional draft pick, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
If Sanchez doesn't make the Broncos' final roster, Denver won't owe the Eagles any draft picks, and it would also save the team a $3.5 million cap hit.
Our models still expect Sanchez to start most of the season for the Broncos, projecting him for a team-high 552 pass attempts with 322 completions, 3,668 yards, 20.41 touchdowns and 15.58 interceptions.
