Patriots' Malcolm Mitchell practicing with large brace on elbow
New England Patriots wide receiver Malcolm Mitchell has been practicing with a "large brace" on his elbow, ESPN reporter Mike Reiss reports.
Mitchell suffered a dislocated elbow in preseason Week 1, but he returned to the practice field just four days later. Mitchell has been limited in practice, but it appears like he will be ready for the kickoff of the regular season. He is the favorite for the Patriots' X receiver job.
Our models project Mitchell to record six catches for 81 yards and 0.44 touchdowns this season for New England.
