Bears lose starting corner Kyle Fuller to knee scope
Chicago Bears defensive back Kyle Fuller recently underwent a knee scope, head coach John Fox revealed.
Fox referred to Fuller as "week to week," but this doesn't bode well for the corner's status for Week 1. The Bears' secondary cupboards are perilously barren, so any sort of extended absence would be less than ideal. However, the 14th overall selection from the 2014 draft has been a source of disappointment since entering the league, and there has been speculation that rookie fourth-rounder Deiondre' Hall could take Fuller's spot as the number-two corner for Chicago.
Prior to the injury, Fuller was projected for 68.09 tackles, 8.35 passes defended and 3.66 interceptions on the season.
