Rod Streater has regained explosiveness in Raiders minicamp
Streater missed 13 games last season with a broken foot but now appears 100% at Raiders minicamp this offseason.
What It Means:
Rod Streater will be fighting for the third wide receiver job in Oakland with Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree coming to town. Quarterback Derek Carr will have a much improved group to throw to this season as he hopes to rebound from a season in which he was ranked second to last in the NFL in Passing Net Expected Points.
