Giants could run more up-tempo offense under Eli Manning

The Newark Star-Ledger believes it would make sense for the Giants to "push the pace" more this season after the offense has run plenty of no-huddle early on in camp.

What It Means:

Newly promoted head coach Ben McAdoo has devoted an 11-on-11 period to the no-huddle in every training camp practice so far. McAdoo was a former offensive assistant with the Green Bay Packers, who love the hurry-up spread offense. The Giants can't get much faster than they were last year -- they were second-fastest in overall pace and fourth-fastest in seconds per play in neutral game situations in 2015 -- but this at least indicates McAdoo will continue to be aggressive in his play-calling as the new head honcho in New York.

Our algorithms project the younger Manning brother as our 14th-best fantasy quarterback in 2016, with 609 passing attempts for 4,236 yards, 26.19 touchdowns and 14.10 interceptions.
