Andre Johnson visits the Titans on Tuesday

Free agent wide receiver Andre Johnson worked out for the Tennessee Titans on Tuesday.

What It Means:

The workout served as a "feel-out session for both sides," according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. If signed, it would likely be more for the veteran's off-field intangibles, rather than what Johnson is able to provide between the hashes. This also represents another red flag for the fantasy prospects of sophomore wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham.

In 2015, Johnson put up a miserable line of 41 catches, 503 yards and four touchdowns, averaging just 1.08 yards per route. He ranked 44th in Reception Net Expected Points per target among the 61 wide receivers with at least 70 targets in 2015. Meanwhile, Green-Beckham was the only wideout who surpassed 50.00 total Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) for the Titans last year. His 0.80 Reception NEP per target was the only above-average mark on the team among wideouts with at least 50 targets.
