Cole Wick could push to start for Lions
Detroit Lions undrafted free agent tight end Cole Wick could push to start, the Detroit Free Press believes.
Wick put on a show at offseason workouts, but this is more of a bold prediction. Eric Ebron has never been a full-time starter, and the Lions have snaps to fill with Brandon Pettigrew sidelined. Wick’s role is worth tracking this preseason.
Our algorithms still believe Ebron will start for the Lions, though he's not a premier fantasy option by any means, coming in 17th going into training camp. We project him for 50 catches for 533 yards receiving and 4.82 touchdowns in 2016.
