Texans' Tom Savage (shoulder) is healthy
Houston Texans quarterback Tom Savage (shoulder) said he's "healthy and ready to roll."
After spending the entirety of last year on injured reserve with a sprained shoulder, Savage will be full go for camp. A 2014 fourth-round selection, the 26-year-old will try to push lackluster veteran Brandon Weeden for the gig behind locked-in starter Brock Osweiler.
Savage had 20 drop backs in his rookie 2014 campaign, accruing a meager -2.52 Passing Net Expected Points on those downs.
