Rams' Puka Nacua dealing with shoulder injury

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua suffered a shoulder injury in Sunday's 17-16, Week 11 win over the Seattle Seahawks, per head coach Sean McVay.

What It Means:

McVay said the severity of the injury is unknown for now. It's also not clear when Nacua suffered the injury during the contest, but it didn't seem to hinder his play at all. The fifth-round rookie played 86 percent of the snaps on offense and caught 5 passes on 7 targets for 70 yards. Cooper Kupp suffered an ankle injury in the contest, so the Rams could potentially be without their two primary producers against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 12.

Nacua is currently the WR7 in numberFire's Week 12 PPR rankings, based on the assumption that Kupp will be limited. Our models project him for 9.7 targets, 6.1 receptions, and 79.3 yards. The Cardinals are ranked 20th in FanDuel points allowed per game to wide receivers this season and their pass defense is 26th in numberFire's opponent-adjusted NEP rankings.
