Browns' Deshaun Watson (ankle) undergoing MRI testing

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (ankle) will undergo testing on his injured ankle ahead of the team's Week 11 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

What It Means:

Watson suffered an ankle injury during the Browns' shocking win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 10. The veteran quarterback appeared visibly bothered by the injury, limping at points and needing extra time to bounce back after runs and hits, but ultimately played most of the game in spite of it. Even if the results of his MRIs come back clean, Watson is still likely in for a week of limited practices ahead of an important divisional matchup.

Watson weathered the storm against Baltimore's elite defense, completing 20 of his 34 attempts for 213 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception while taking 4 sacks for 18 yards and committing a fumble. He added 37 yards on a season-high 8 carries despite the ankle injury, so it does seem like he'll be able to play against the Steelers next weekend.
