Cowboys' Rolando McClain slapped with a 10-game suspension

Dallas Cowboys linebacker Rolando McClain has been suspended 10 games by the NFL for violating the league's substance-abuse policy.

What It Means:

This is another low-light in what been a bad offseason for McClain. First, he upset the team by skipping OTAs, even though they were voluntary, and now he'll miss over half the season.

An 11-game starter last season, McClain tallied 80 tackles with two sacks and an interception. The Cowboys ranked 20th in schedule-adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play last year.
