Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion ) did not practice on Wednesday.
What It Means:
Garoppolo will start the practice week with a DNP while he remains in concussion protocol.
Expect Brian Hoyer to start under center versus a Los Angeles Chargers' defense allowing 25.3 FanDuel points per game to quarterbacks if Garoppolo is ruled out.
