Packers' Aaron Jones (hamstring) not expected to suit up in Week 2
Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones (hamstring) is not expected to play in the team's Week 2 tilt against the Atlanta Falcons.
Jones suffered a hamstring injury at the end of a long, scoring run in Week 1, and while the team was initially optimistic about his outlook it now appears as though the veteran running back will remain on the shelf in Week 2. Jones was the most explosive playmaker on the field in Week 1 without teammate Christian Watson (hamstring) available, but the offense will now have to turn to A.J. Dillon to shoulder the primary ball carrier work.
Dillon has a $7,000 salary on FanDuel for the Packers' Week 2 game against the Falcons. Our model projects him for 12.4 fantasy points off of 68.7 rushing yards, 0.4 scores, and 15.7 yards receiving.
