Houston Texans defensive lineman Devon Still is competing for the starting defensive end job opposite J.J. Watt.
2015 starter Jared Crick signed with the Denver Broncos, leaving Still, Christian Covington, and Brandon Dunn as the competitors opposite All-Pro Watt. It's not a particularly fruitful position and involves a lot of dirty work. Still's daughter, Leah, was an inspiring off-field story, but Still didn't crack a roster last season.
The Texans finished third in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play in 2015.
