Buffalo Bills defensive end Jerry Hughes (wrist surgery) is 100 percent healthy and a full participant in OTAs.
What It Means:
Hughes played through the injury in 2015, where it wasn't a major factor. Headed into the second season of his five-year, $45 million contract, Hughes had only five sacks in 2015, but he remained one of the league's more effective pass rushers.
Buffalo ranked 16th in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play last season.
