Raiders' Karl Joseph (ACL) not participating at rookie minicamp
Oakland Raiders rookie safety Karl Joseph (ACL) is not participating in rookie minicamp.
Joseph tore his ACL in October, but he is fully expected to be ready to go by training camp. Unless he suffers a setback, he will be in the starting lineup Week 1. After bringing in Joseph, Reggie Nelson, and Sean Smith, Oakland should have a much better secondary this season.
