Rams' Cam Akers (undisclosed) returns to full practice Monday
Los Angeles Rams running back Cam Akers (undisclosed) was a full participant in practice Monday.
Akers missed several practices with what was described as a soft tissue injury, but it seems like he should be healthy by the regular season. Reports out of Rams camp have suggested that Akers will split carries with teammate Darrell Henderson for most of the season, though Akers has typically ran ahead of Henderson in the Rams' depth chart in previous seasons.
Akers is numberFire's RB18 for the 2022 fantasy football season, and have him projected for 173 fantasy points. The defending Super Bowl champions are projected to be the fourth-best team this season, meaning they will face plenty of favorable game scripts for their running backs.
