Expectation of "full health" for Saints' Jameis Winston (knee)
New Orleans Saints quarterback Jameis Winston is expected to be fully healthy for the start of the 2022 season, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
"It really seems to be all positive for Winston," Ian Rapoport said on NFL Network Tuesday. "The expectation is that full health is coming." This is great news for the Saints, who had their season derailed by Winston's ACL tear a year ago. With a new head coach at the helm, the Florida State product's health will be the biggest factor in the team's success in 2022.
Our models currently project Winston to complete 342.79-of-538.36 (63.7%) passes for 4,037.94 yards and 25.52 touchdowns to 12.59 interceptions. They also earmark him for 196.77 rushing yards and 1.58 scores.
