What It Means:

It's really remarkable. Bailey was shot twice in the head back in late November and spent a month in intensive care. All along, he's said he planned to make a comeback and play football again, but the Rams have been on the side where they simply want Bailey to return to health. Bailey seems to be well on his way to getting back to his normal life. We'll see what happens in training camp.

Bailey had just 12 catches for 182 yards and a touchdown in 8 games played last season.
