San Francisco 49ers running back Elijah Mitchell (knee) returned to practice on Thursday.
Mitchell is on track to play in Sunday's NFC title game versus the Los Angeles Rams. He rushed 17 times for 53 yards in the 49ers' win over the Green Bay Packers last weekend, and caught 3 passes (4 targets) for 18 yards.
