Florida State defensive back Jalen Ramsey is the top player on the Dallas Cowboys' draft board, TFY Draft Insider's Tony Pauline reports.
Pauline reported the same thing in February, and he says nothing has changed. An elite athlete with the ability to play both safety and corner, it is not a guarantee Ramsey is still on the board when the Cowboys pick at No. 4 overall, with the Titans (No. 1) and the Chargers (No. 3) as legitimate landing spots. Pauline also reports North Dakota State's Carson Wentz is the top quarterback on Dallas' board, and they "continue to be very high" on Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott.
The Cowboys ranked 19th in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play last season.
