Vikings activate Kirk Cousins from COVID list
The Minnesota Vikings activated quarterback Kirk Cousins from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer indicated that Cousins will return to starting duties for Week 18 against the Chicago Bears. That is positive news for Justin Jefferson after he was held to 58 yards on 11 targets with Sean Mannion under center last week. Cousins has 300-plus passing yards and/or multiple touchdowns in seven straight starts.
Cousins is the QB16 in numberFire's Week 18 fantasy rankings and our models project him for 17.4 FanDuel points. The Bears are ranked 15th in FanDuel points allowed per game to the quarterback position this season.
