Case Keenum expected to start Week 18 for Browns
Cleveland Browns quarterback Case Keenum is expected to start Week 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals, per Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal.
Baker Mayfield is undergoing shoulder surgery and will not play in the Browns' finale, setting up Keenum for his second start in 2021. In the previous start, Keenum completed 21-of-33 passes for 199 yards and a touchdown in a Week 7 win over the Denver Broncos. Keenum has proven to be mostly a lateral move from Mayfield for Cleveland's offense this season.
numberFire's models project Keenum for 13.1 FanDuel points in Week 18. The Bengals are ranked 19th in FanDuel points allowed per game to the quarterback position this season.
