Cleveland Browns wide receiver Anthony Schwartz (concussion) is active for Monday's Week 15 game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Schwartz will play for the first time since Week 10. The Browns are without multiple pass-catchers on Monday, so Schwartz could be a primary target for Nick Mullens.
Schwartz is averaging 1.7 targets per game this season.
