Washington Football Team tight end Ricky Seals-Jones (hip) was limited in Wednesday's practice for Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Seals-Jones missed last week's game, but Wednesday's limited session should put him on track to play versus Dallas. The Football Team put Logan Thomas on injured reserve with a knee injury, ending his season, so Seals-Jones will step into an every-down role if he's active.
