49ers' Jeff Wilson dealing with knee injury
San Francisco 49ers running back Jeff Wilson aggravated a knee injury in Week 13 against the Seattle Seahawks, per head coach Kyle Shanahan.
What It Means:
Shanahan said Wilson had his knee "flare up" on him in Sunday's game. Elijah Mitchell and Trenton Cannon both suffered concussions during the contest, leaving JaMycal Hasty as the only healthy back standing. The 49ers will release their first practice report on Wednesday for their Week 14 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
